If reporting works and the arguments are about presentation, Power BI is enough. Fabric earns its place when the arguments are about the numbers themselves, when data is copied between systems, or when you want AI grounded in something trustworthy.

A first governed dataset and a report built on it is usually weeks. Moving an entire reporting estate is a programme. We would rather prove it on the numbers people argue about most, then expand from there.
