ChatGPT Enterprise
ChatGPT for the whole organisation, governed.
ChatGPT Enterprise puts frontier AI in every seat with the controls a large organisation needs: single sign on, provisioning, role based access, compliance certifications and a contractual guarantee that your data never trains the models. We plan, deploy and govern it so the spend turns into capability.

In plain terms
Most organisations already use ChatGPT. Far fewer govern it.
Your people adopted AI before the policy existed. Enterprise brings it under control. Here is what changes.
Without it
- Staff pasting work into personal ChatGPT accounts
- Consumer plans where data can feed model training
- No visibility into who uses AI for what
- Every team inventing its own rules
With it
- One governed workspace under your identity system
- Business data contractually excluded from training
- Usage visible, measurable and auditable
- One policy, enforced by the platform
What CG TECH can do with ChatGPT Enterprise
The work, broken into the parts that matter.
An AI workspace IT actually controls
Single sign on, SCIM provisioning, role based access and domain verification, so joining, moving and leaving staff are handled by your identity system, not a spreadsheet.

Terms your lawyers can sign
Business data is never used for training under Enterprise terms, retention is configurable, encryption is standard and the compliance certifications are auditable, with a healthcare agreement available where needed.

ChatGPT wired into your systems
Connectors bring SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Google Drive, Slack and more into answers, and agent capabilities let ChatGPT act, not just advise. We scope what connects, and what does not.

Questions we hear a lot
Common questions about ChatGPT Enterprise
What is ChatGPT Enterprise?
ChatGPT Enterprise is OpenAI’s top business tier. It adds the controls a larger organisation needs: single sign on, user provisioning, role based access, compliance certifications, and a contractual commitment that your data is never used to train the models.
Is our data used to train OpenAI models?
No. Under Enterprise terms your business data is not used for training. That is contractual, not a setting someone has to remember to switch off.
When is Enterprise worth it over Business?
When you need single sign on and provisioning, formal compliance requirements, custom retention, or scale beyond what a self serve plan manages well. We help you make that call on your actual numbers.
Can it connect to our Microsoft 365 estate?
Yes. Connectors cover SharePoint, Outlook and Teams alongside Google Drive, Slack and others, so answers can draw on your working content, within the scope you approve.
How is ChatGPT Enterprise licensed?
Per seat, negotiated with OpenAI at the organisation level, with usage based components for some advanced capabilities. We scope seats and model the total cost during discovery.
Can we start on Business and move up later?
Yes, and for a lot of organisations that is the sensible order. Start where the work is, prove people actually use it, then move to Enterprise when the administrative controls become the thing holding you back rather than buying them upfront and hoping.
What do we need to have ready before rolling it out?
An answer to what staff may and may not put into it, written down in language people understand. The technical setup takes days. Agreeing the acceptable use position usually takes longer, and skipping it is what causes problems later.
How do we measure whether it was worth the money?
Decide before you buy. Pick the handful of tasks it is meant to speed up, note roughly how long they take now, and check again at ninety days. Businesses that skip that step end up arguing about renewal on the basis of opinion.
