AI & Microsoft Copilot Training

Give your people the confidence to use AI safely and productively.

Handing staff a Copilot licence does not guarantee better work. Our practical training teaches your team when to use AI, how to write prompts that work and how to check what it produces, in the apps they already know.

Who it is for

Training built around your team, not a generic classroom

Every session uses your scenarios and your documents, so people learn on the work they actually do. No AI experience needed.

Leaders and managers

Where AI helps first, what good adoption looks like and how to set safe expectations.

Everyday users

Hands-on Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, on real daily tasks.

Copilot champions

Deeper prompting skills and coaching tips, so good habits spread across the business.

What is covered

A practical curriculum, not a theory lecture

Sessions are tailored to your team, but most cover this ground.

Generative AI foundations

What AI is good at, where it falls short and what that means for your work.

Copilot in your everyday apps

Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, shown on real tasks.

Prompts that work

How to ask so you get a useful answer the first time, with patterns to reuse.

Responsible AI habits

Checking AI output, protecting sensitive information and knowing when not to use it.

Live demonstrations

Watch real scenarios end to end before trying them yourself.

Hands-on exercises

Practise on your own documents and workflows, with help in the room.

How it works

How a session runs

Onsite or online, for small groups or whole teams. Here is the shape of a typical engagement.

01

Scope your scenarios

We talk with you first to pick the tasks, documents and pain points your people care about most.

02

Teach the foundations

Plain-language grounding in what Copilot can do, what it cannot and how to stay safe.

03

Hands-on in your apps

Guided practice in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, on your real work.

04

Embed and follow up

Prompt guides and reference material your people keep, with follow-up options for champions.

The result: people who use Copilot confidently every day, not just in launch week.

Customer Spotlight

How we did this for a major ports operator

A major ports operator wanted to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot with the right guardrails. We assessed readiness, proved high-value use cases with Legal, HR and IT, then trained users on department-specific scenarios with procedures and monitoring in place.

The outcome

Copilot scaled with confidence

Use cases proven across teams

Governance and training in place

Users confident from day one

Trust and governance

Safe by design

AI is only useful if you can trust it. We build automation and agents you can stand behind in an internal review or in front of a regulator. We design for Australian data and privacy expectations, which matters most in government, health, education and financial services. Your data is never used to train public models.

Controls we build in

  • Identity controls
  • Least-privilege access
  • Clear data-handling rules
  • Audit logs
  • Human handoffs

Common questions about Copilot training

What is the AI and Microsoft Copilot training?

It is packaged training that gives your people the confidence to use AI safely and productively, using your own work as the examples rather than generic demonstrations.

Do our people need any AI experience?

No. Sessions start from the basics and build up. Experienced users still pick up better prompting habits.

Can the training be tailored to our business?

Yes. Every session is built around your scenarios, your documents and the apps your team uses most.

How long does a session take, and where is it run?

Most sessions run from two hours to a full day, onsite or online. We agree the format that suits your team.

Do we need Copilot licences before we book?

No. If you are still deciding, we can help you assess readiness and prove the value first, then train your people as you roll out.

What do people walk away able to do?

Ask better questions, know which tasks are worth handing to Copilot and which are not, and recognise when an answer needs checking. That last one matters most.

How many people can attend at once?

We keep sessions small enough that people can ask real questions about their own work. For a larger rollout we run several sessions rather than one big one.

What if our people are at very different levels?

That is normal, and we group accordingly. Mixing a confident daily user with someone who has never opened it slows both of them down.

Ready when you are

Give your team AI skills they will use every day.

Book a training session, or start with a chat about where Copilot fits your business. We will suggest the right format and scenarios for your team.
