This organisation is the central governing body for 38 community kindergartens across Queensland, sitting between each service and Queensland Treasury.
The challenge
A new funding model required two-way data exchanges between every kindergarten, the governing body and Queensland Treasury, and there was no portal to handle it.
What we did
We built a portal in Power Pages as the one-stop shop for submissions, documents and live funding data.
We built the portal that connects 38 kindergartens, their governing body and Queensland Treasury.
What this involved
- Built the portal on Power Pages as the single interface for every kindergarten.
- Secured sign-in with Entra ID.
- Managed documents through SharePoint Online, with data held in Dataverse.
- Automated the exchanges with Power Automate.
- Served APIs through Azure Functions for flexibility later.
