Microsoft 365 Productivity Training Pack

Practical training that helps your people work smarter every day.

Getting value from Microsoft 365 is not about learning every feature. Our instructor-led training, built for small and medium businesses, helps your people use the tools they already pay for to collaborate better and cut repetitive admin.

Who it is for

Training built for the way your business works

Files scattered, Teams underused, SharePoint misunderstood. Sound familiar? Every session is tailored to your organisation and your tenant.

Everyday staff

Hands-on with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Lists and Planner, on the files and tasks they touch daily.

Team leads and managers

Standardise how documents, tasks and sharing work, so everyone follows the same playbook.

IT and operations

Lift adoption of the tools you already pay for, and retire the old network-drive habits.

What is covered

The tools your team already owns, taught properly

Every engagement is tailored, but most cover this ground.

Teams, done properly

Channels, chat, meetings and files that stay findable instead of scattered.

SharePoint and OneDrive

Where files should live, how sharing works and what each tool is actually for.

Documents and co-authoring

Version control, co-authoring and search, so no one edits the wrong copy again.

Lists and Planner

Track work and tasks in shared tools instead of spreadsheets and sticky notes.

Everyday best practice

Small habits that cut duplication, from file naming to sharing links, plus mobile access.

Live Q&A on your setup

Bring real problems and leave with answers, recorded for later reference.

How it works

How a session runs

Delivered remotely over Microsoft Teams, recorded so your people can rewatch any time.

01

Scope your pain points

We talk through how your team works today, from file chaos to app confusion.

02

Tailor the sessions

We build the training around your tenant, your documents and your ways of working.

03

Train hands-on

Practical scenarios in the tools your team uses, not generic software demos.

04

Embed the habits

Recordings and reference guides so the new ways of working stick.

The result: less time searching for information, more time delivering value.

Customer Spotlight

How we did this for the a medical research institute

TRI needed staff using Microsoft 365 to its potential, with research data protected.

We reviewed their data protection settings, ran discovery workshops across business units and built a training roadmap focused on collaboration and productivity.

The outcome

Staff using Microsoft 365 well

A training roadmap by business unit

Stronger data protection

Clearer view of data risks

Trust and governance

Safe by design

AI is only useful if you can trust it. We build automation and agents you can stand behind in an internal review or in front of a regulator. We design for Australian data and privacy expectations, which matters most in government, health, education and financial services. Your data is never used to train public models.

Controls we build in

  • Identity controls
  • Least-privilege access
  • Clear data-handling rules
  • Audit logs
  • Human handoffs

Questions we hear a lot

Common questions about Microsoft 365 training

What is the Microsoft 365 Productivity Training Pack?

It is practical training that helps your people work smarter every day across the Microsoft 365 tools you already pay for, rather than a tour of features nobody uses.

Is the training delivered onsite or online?

Sessions run remotely over Microsoft Teams and can be recorded for your team to rewatch. Onsite can be arranged if you prefer.

Can it be tailored to how we work?

Yes. Every engagement is tailored to your organisation, your tenant and the tools you use most.

Do our people need to be technical?

No. The training is built for everyday users and focuses on real business scenarios, not feature tours.

We already use Teams. Is this still worth it?

Usually, yes. Most businesses use a fraction of what they pay for. We focus on the gaps that save your team the most time.

How is this different from the Copilot training?

This one is about the tools themselves: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and the everyday habits around them. The Copilot training assumes those basics and adds AI on top.

Is it worth it if our team has used Microsoft 365 for years?

Usually yes, because most teams learned it once and never revisited it. The gains tend to come from what has been added since, not from what people already know.

What do we need to do beforehand?

Very little. Tell us what your team actually does day to day so we can use real examples, and make sure everyone can sign in.
