What is Perplexity Enterprise Pro?
Enterprise Pro is the business plan for Perplexity. It puts cited research in every seat and adds the controls a business needs: single sign on, SCIM provisioning, an admin console, shared Spaces, and company data that is never used for training.
Is our data used to train models?
No. On Enterprise plans your company data is never used for training, and admin controls let you govern features and model access across the organisation.
When is Enterprise Pro worth it over individual Pro seats?
When more than a handful of people research for work. You gain SSO, provisioning, admin visibility, shared Spaces and the training exclusion, and lose the sprawl of personal accounts.
Can we control what features staff can use?
Yes. Admins can govern feature access, model availability and Space visibility from the console, and usage analytics show what is actually being used.
How does it fit alongside Copilot or Claude?
As the research layer. Perplexity answers sourced, current questions; Copilot lives inside Microsoft 365; Claude carries drafting and deep analysis. We design the stack so the tools complement rather than compete.
What is SCIM provisioning and why does it matter?
SCIM connects Perplexity to your identity system so accounts are created, updated and removed automatically as people join, move or leave. It saves manual admin, and it closes the gap where someone who has left still has access.
What size organisation is it built for?
It suits anything from a small team upwards. Our own sweet spot is 50 to 500 seats, where a proper rollout can be done in weeks and licence spend is worth managing.
What does CG TECH do that we could not do ourselves?
