What does CG TECH do across the Microsoft stack?

Nineteen products across five layers. Governance and adoption are part of the work rather than something bolted on at the end.

Yes. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner working across the full stack, from Microsoft 365 to Azure, Fabric and the agentic layer.
Can you help us get value from Copilot?

Do you only recommend Microsoft products?
No. If a Microsoft product is not the right tool, we say so, and we reach for OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or open-source tools instead.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We often work alongside a managed service provider. They run the environment and we deliver the transformation work. Clear scopes keep it clean.
Do you work with mid-sized businesses?
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Our sweet spot is Australian organisations of roughly <strong>50 to 500 seats</strong>, including not-for-profits and government suppliers of that size. We work with larger organisations too, but the way we deliver, with senior consultants doing the work rather than a large team, suits businesses in that range best.
Where is CG TECH based?
Our office is in Brisbane and we work with clients across Australia. We have people on the ground in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and we deliver remotely everywhere else.
How does an engagement usually start?
With a discovery session rather than a proposal. We look at what you have, what is not working and what you are trying to achieve, then come back with a scope and a fixed price. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say so.
