Ports Operator: AI Scheduling Agent
Shipment schedules had to be pulled from emails and websites by hand, delaying insight.
- Client
- Ports Operator
- Industry
- Aviation and transport
- Technologies
- Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Azure SQL

This client manages key ports that serve as freight gateways for Australian trade.
The challenge
Staff extracted shipment scheduling data from email attachments and websites manually, so reporting ran late and sources never quite lined up.
What we did
We built an AI agent that reads the attachments and websites itself, files the data and flags changes to stakeholders.
We automated shipment schedule reporting with an AI agent.
What this involved
- Built the agent with Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
- Set it to read scheduling details out of PDFs and web pages.
- Stored the history in a SharePoint list as the single source of truth.
- Wrote records automatically into SharePoint and Azure SQL.
- Notified stakeholders when a shipment changed.
- Tested and refined the agent with the client stakeholders.
The results
What Ports Operator got
Schedules gathered automatically
AI reads the email attachments and websites instead
One source of truth
History held in SharePoint and Azure SQL
Changes flagged as they happen
Stakeholders are notified without having to check

Outside School Hours Care Provider: Voice AI Agent
Copilot Studio
Directors spent much of each day answering policy calls from centre managers, covering everything from incident reporting to child safety rules. Answers varied between people, and many frontline staff speak English as a second language.
We built a voice-enabled AI agent, grounded only in the client’s policies, that answers first so Directors do not have to.
Outcomes
- Directors freed from routine calls
- Consistent answers every time
- Inclusive for bilingual staff
Ports Operator
Microsoft Copilot
They wanted to roll out Microsoft Copilot safely across the business.
We ran a readiness assessment and a pilot across legal, HR and IT, with governance, security and training built in.
Outcomes
