This client operates a chemical manufacturing plant in Central Queensland, supplying the mining industry.
The challenge
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online had been enabled but the team was not using them, and there was no governance around either.
What we did
We reviewed the setup, designed a best practice approach and set a phased roadmap for adoption.
We turned an idle Microsoft 365 setup into a plan the team could actually adopt.

- Surfaced more than 500 orphan documents and six inactive Teams.
- Designed a best practice approach for communication, collaboration and records.
