What is Microsoft Power Apps?
Power Apps is Microsoft’s low code tool for building business applications on data you already hold. It is what businesses use to replace the spreadsheet, the paper form or the ageing system that only one person understands.
Is citizen development a security risk?
Ungoverned, yes. With environments, data policies and ownership in place, it is one of the highest value capabilities in the Microsoft stack. Governance is the difference, and we set it up first.
How is Power Apps licensed?
Through per user plans and per app options, with some capabilities included in Microsoft 365 licences. The right answer depends on how many apps and users you have. We confirm it during discovery.
Can Power Apps replace our old line of business system?
Sometimes fully, often partially. We assess honestly: some legacy systems should be replaced, some should be wrapped with a better front end, and some should be left alone.
Who maintains the apps after you leave?
