Power Automate
The manual work, handled.
Power Automate moves work between your systems: approvals, notifications, data entry and document handling. With computer-using agents now generally available, it can automate even the systems that have no APIs. We build automation that is owned, monitored and boring in the best way.
Where flows involve agreements, we pair Power Automate with DocuSign so documents are generated, signed and tracked automatically.

In plain terms
If a person copies data from one screen to another, that is a flow waiting to be built.
Automation pays back every single day it runs. Here is what changes.
Without it
- Approvals living in email threads and memory
- Data retyped between systems, with retyping errors
- One person’s manual routine becoming a single point of failure
- Automations built ad hoc, breaking silently when they fail
With it
- Approvals routed, tracked and escalated automatically
- Systems synchronised without human copy and paste
- Processes that run the same way every time
- Flows with owners, error handling and alerts
What CG TECH can do with Power Automate
The work, broken into the parts that matter.
The unglamorous wins
Approvals, notifications, document generation and data synchronisation across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and hundreds of connectors. Small automations that give hours back every week.
hours back, every week
Automation for the awkward ones
Computer-using agents, now generally available, work through the user interface of websites and desktop applications, replacing brittle screen scraping for the systems that never got an API.
automation even for the legacy stack
Judgement at the right step
Workflows can now hand a step to an agent: classify this document, draft this response, decide this route. Structure where you need reliability, intelligence where you need judgement.

Automation you can trust
Every flow gets an owner, error handling and monitoring. We also find the orphaned personal flows already running your business without anyone knowing.

Questions we hear a lot
Common questions about Power Automate
What is Microsoft Power Automate?
Power Automate moves work between your systems: approvals, notifications, data entry and document handling. It runs the repetitive steps a person currently does by hand. With computer-using agents now generally available, it can also drive systems that have no interface for other software to connect to.
How is this different from agents in Copilot Studio?
Power Automate provides structured workflows: reliable, repeatable steps. Copilot Studio provides agents: reasoning and conversation. They now combine, with agents embedded as steps inside workflows, and we design which parts need which.
Our old RPA breaks every time a screen changes. Is this better?
Meaningfully. The new computer-using agents use vision and reasoning to adapt to interface changes rather than replaying pixel coordinates. Fragile screen scraping is exactly what they were built to replace.
What happens when the person who built a flow leaves?
In most organisations, nobody knows, and that is the problem. Every flow we build has a named owner and documentation, and we audit existing flows to find the orphans before they fail.
How is Power Automate licensed?
Per user plans, with premium connectors and hosted automation priced separately, and agent capabilities metered by consumption. We map the right mix during discovery so you are not paying for capacity you do not use.
What should we automate first?
Whatever is high volume, rules based and annoying. Approvals, onboarding, invoice handling and anything currently tracked in a spreadsheet emailed between people. We would rather automate one process properly than ten badly.
Will this replace people’s jobs?
In our experience it removes the parts of jobs nobody wanted: rekeying, chasing approvals, copying between systems. That is worth being straight with your team about early, because automation projects fail when people quietly work around them.
What happens when something breaks?
Flows do break, usually because a system underneath changed. The difference between an annoyance and an outage is whether anyone is watching. We set up monitoring, an owner and an alert, so a failure is noticed by you rather than by a customer.
