Power Platform or custom development?
Both have a place. Low code wins on speed and cost for internal tools and process apps. Custom development wins for products and unusual requirements. We advise per case, and we do both.
Which AI models can Copilot Studio agents use?
Model choice is now built in, including OpenAI's GPT-5 family and Anthropic's Claude models, generally available for production agents. We match the model to the job.

Environments separated so nobody builds production apps in a personal sandbox, a policy on which connectors may be used, a register of what exists, and a named owner per app. Set up early it is invisible. Retrofitted after two years it is a project.
