What does CG TECH mean by locations?
These are the places we work. CG TECH is an Australian digital transformation, automation and AI consultancy, based in Brisbane, working with businesses and public sector teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, in person or remotely.
Where do you have people on the ground?
Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Everywhere else we work with you remotely and travel when it genuinely helps, which for most projects means a workshop at the start and support at go-live.
Does remote delivery work as well as being on site?
For most of this work, yes. The build, the testing and the reviews all happen well over Teams. What benefits from being in the room is the early workshop, where you are agreeing how the work really happens, and we travel for that.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. We work with teams in New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, and there is a page for each. The approach is the same, delivered remotely with travel when it helps.
Which places have their own page?
Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, plus New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Each sets out how we work in that place and who we work with there.
What size organisation do you work with?
Our sweet spot is 50 to 500 seats. Large enough for this work to be worth doing properly, small enough to see a result within a quarter.
Do we need to be in one of those places to work with you?
No. Those are the places we work most, not a boundary. If your team sits somewhere else in Australia or the region, the way we work does not change.
What are your hours, and how quickly do you reply?
We work Australian business hours and aim to reply within four business hours. For teams in New Zealand and the Pacific that overlap covers most of the working day.
