What does an IT strategy engagement look like?

Typically six to eight weeks: discovery with your stakeholders, a baseline of systems and costs, then priorities and a staged roadmap. Our Fiji Airports transformation strategy followed the same staged approach.

Our systems are old but critical. Do you just recommend replacing everything?

No. We sequence change so critical operations keep running, and sometimes the right answer is to keep a system and fix what surrounds it.

Can you handle multi-site, 24-hour operations?

Yes, that is normal in this industry. Plans are staged around operational windows and the capacity of your teams to absorb change.

What about AI? Everyone is asking our board.
