What is DocuSign?

Are DocuSign signatures legally valid in Australia?
Yes. Electronic signatures are recognised under Australian law for most business documents, and DocuSign keeps a full audit trail of who signed what and when. A small number of document types still need special handling, which we flag during planning.
Can DocuSign connect to Microsoft 365 and Power Automate?
Yes, and that connection is where most of the value sits. Power Automate can generate and send agreements from your data, and signed copies can file into SharePoint automatically.
Can it work with our CRM?
DocuSign integrates with Dynamics 365, Salesforce and hundreds of other systems, so agreements start from the record you already have instead of a blank document.
What about sending the same contract to many people?
Bulk send handles that. One template goes out to a whole list, each person gets their own copy with their own details, and you watch completion from one dashboard.
We already have DocuSign. Can you make it work harder?
That is the most common engagement. Most organisations use DocuSign for basic signing and leave the automation switched off. We connect what you already pay for to the rest of your systems.
How do we know a document has not been changed after signing?
Each completed agreement carries a certificate showing who signed, when and from where, and the document is sealed so any later change can be detected. That record is what you keep, alongside the signed file.
What is the first process worth automating?
The one with the highest volume and the most chasing. For most businesses that is either employment paperwork or a standard customer agreement, because the steps are the same every time and the delay sits in the handoffs.
