The challenge
Their reporting was manual and split across separate apps, each with its own licence.
What we did
We built one Microsoft Fabric platform, modelled the data and set up Power BI, with training to extend it.

What this involved
- Set up their Microsoft 365 tenant for Fabric with the right capacity licensing.
- Built a Fabric environment with a Lakehouse, notebooks, pipelines and SQL views.
- Brought data together from Salesforce, Snowflake and on-premises databases.
- Assigned roles and permissions for key users.
- Worked with their data engineers, analysts and IT admins to lift in-house skills.
- Ran training and set up ongoing monitoring and tuning.
