Microsoft 365
The backbone, now with an AI layer.
Microsoft 365 is where your people already work: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Copilot and the new agentic tools sit on top of it. We make the whole platform earn its licence, from tenant health to Copilot adoption.
For tenant-to-tenant migrations we use ShareGate, and for backup and records management, AvePoint.

In plain terms
Most organisations pay for Microsoft 365. Far fewer get full value from it.
The licence is the entry fee. The value comes from the work around it. Here is what changes.
Without the work
- Licences paid for features nobody uses
- Copilot bought before the data was ready for it
- SharePoint sprawl feeding bad answers to good questions
With the work
- A tenant set up for AI, with permissions and hygiene sorted
- Copilot rolled out with training and measured use
- One governed platform instead of app sprawl
What CG TECH can do with Microsoft 365
The work, broken into the parts that matter.
The unglamorous work that makes AI possible
Identity, security baseline, information architecture and backup discipline. Copilot grounds its answers in your content, so the state of your tenant is the ceiling on its usefulness.
a tenant that is ready for AI
From licences to habits
We handle readiness, licensing and adoption: who gets Copilot Chat, who needs the full Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, and how usage gets measured so the spend justifies itself.
Copilot people actually use
Beyond chat
Copilot Cowork, generally available since June 2026, takes on whole multi step tasks with usage based billing, and Copilot Studio lets teams build their own agents. We plan the agent layer and govern it with Agent 365.

Questions we hear a lot
Common questions about Microsoft 365
What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 is the platform your people already work in: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, bundled with the identity and security controls that sit underneath. Copilot and the newer agent tools are layers on top of it rather than separate products.
Is Copilot worth the licence?
It depends on readiness and adoption, which is exactly what we fix. We measure usage before and after, and for some roles Copilot Chat covers the need without the full licence.
What is Copilot Cowork?
The agentic side of Copilot, generally available since June 2026. You give it a task and it delivers finished work, running in the cloud with usage based billing through Copilot Credits, under admin control.
Our SharePoint is a mess. Does that matter for Copilot?
Yes, more than anything else. Copilot answers from your content, so sprawl and loose permissions become wrong answers and leaks. Hygiene comes first.
Do Microsoft 365 prices change often?
They move periodically, most recently a global pricing update on 1 July 2026. We help you right size licences so changes land as decisions, not surprises.
Which Microsoft 365 licence do mid-sized businesses usually need?
It depends on how much security and compliance you need rather than on headcount. The honest answer is that most businesses are either paying for capability they never switched on, or missing something they assume they have. A licence review answers it in a couple of hours.
What is tenant health and why does it matter?
It is the state of the plumbing: identity, permissions, sharing settings, retention and how content is organised. It matters because Copilot and agents inherit all of it. A tidy tenant makes AI useful, and a messy one makes AI a risk.
Can you migrate us from another tenant or provider?
Yes. Tenant to tenant migrations are common after a merger or a demerger, and we use ShareGate for the move itself and AvePoint for backup and records. The technical move is rarely the hard part. Agreeing what comes across is.
