Junior Adventures Group is a leading Australian provider of outside school hours care, running before-school, after-school and holiday programs through well-known brands including OSHClub, Helping Hands Network and Primary OSHCare.
The challenge
A government wage rise meant issuing more than 2,500 staff contracts at once, and the manual process was too slow.
What we did
We automated the run with Power Automate, a Power App form and DocuSign.
A government wage rise meant issuing more than 2,500 staff contracts at once, and the manual process was never going to make the deadline.
Why it mattered
The Australian Government December 2024 ECEC wage increase applied to every eligible educator, which meant contracts and cover letters for more than 2,500 staff. Done by hand that is slow and error-prone, and errors in employment contracts are not the kind you can quietly fix later. The deadline was fixed, so the process had to change rather than the timeline.
What we did
- Built a Power App form as the entry point. Staff details captured once, in one place.
- Automated the document generation. Power Automate populating fields straight from the form into DocuSign, so nothing is retyped.
- Closed the loop back to SharePoint. Signed documents saved back automatically as PDFs.
- Handled the whole list without intervention. Document management ran across the client list rather than contract by contract.
- Covered both documents. Cover letters and contracts issued together at scale.
The difference it made
- More than 2,500 contracts issued in time for the wage increase.
- Fewer manual steps, so accuracy and compliance improved as a by-product.
- Signed copies filed automatically rather than chased and uploaded.
- A process that scales for the next round of contract changes.

We built a voice-enabled AI agent, grounded only in the client’s policies, that answers first so Directors do not have to.
