The client was moving data off old on-premises systems and needed it governed.
What we did
We set up a Microsoft Fabric workspace and a plan for Purview, aligned to state rules.
We set the Ombudsman up to move data to the cloud with governance built in.

- Set cloud-ready retention and destruction rules to match legal duties.
- Built a Microsoft Fabric workspace for bringing data together and analysing it.
- Produced policy documents, architecture blueprints and training material.
- Laid out a roadmap to bring in Microsoft Purview for data protection.
