Success story
Electricity Transmission Operator
Records slipped out of sync across two systems, and every gap was a compliance risk.
- Client
- Electricity Transmission Operator
- Industry
- State and federal government
- Technologies
- SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Objective SaaS

This client is a government-owned corporation that owns and operates a high-voltage electricity transmission network.
The challenge
The client was moving its Objective records system to the cloud, but files kept falling out of sync with SharePoint, which put compliance at risk.
What we did
We built a Power Automate integration that keeps files up to date between Objective and SharePoint Online, in line with their cybersecurity rules.
We kept files in step between Objective and SharePoint as the client moved to the cloud.
What this involved
- Analysed the requirements and planned the integration.
- Built a proof of concept Power Automate flow to sync files between Objective SaaS and SharePoint Online.
- Designed the flow to upload, replace and remove files by set rules.
- Aligned the work to the client’s cybersecurity rules.
- Tested and validated the whole flow end to end.
- Deployed it to production with ongoing support.
The results
What Electricity Transmission Operator got
Less manual document handling
Files sync between Objective SaaS and SharePoint
Files kept current in SharePoint
Uploads, updates and removals follow set rules
Stronger data protection and compliance
Built to the client’s cybersecurity standards
