Customer Spotlight

A Dynamics 365 turnaround for a national advisory firm

This national accounting and advisory firm was not getting the value they expected from Dynamics 365. There were structural issues under the surface, no in-house technical resource to fix them, and little alignment with how the business actually worked. We remediated the setup, delivered more than one hundred enhancements, added automation and role-based security, and upskilled their team so they could keep it running themselves.

Stronger CRM adoption across the team

Reporting the team can trust

An in-house team upskilled to run it

Questions we hear a lot

Common questions about sales and CRM

What is a CRM, and why does it matter?

A CRM, or customer relationship management system, is the single place your business tracks leads, customers and deals. It matters because scattered contact and pipeline data leads to missed follow-ups and weak forecasting. We set up a CRM your team will actually use, most often Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Do we have to use Dynamics 365?

It is a strong fit if you already run Microsoft, but we assess your setup first and recommend what suits your team and budget.

How do you make sure the CRM fits how we actually sell?

We configure the CRM to your sales process, not a generic template, so it matches the stages and steps your team actually uses. A CRM that mirrors how people sell is one they keep using, which is what drives adoption and reliable pipeline data.

Our team will not use the CRM we have. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes. Low adoption is almost always a sign the CRM does not fit how people sell or gives nothing back. We reshape it around your process and cut the admin.

How do you move our data from our old CRM or spreadsheets?

Data migration is where CRM projects often stumble, so we treat it carefully. We de-duplicate, clean and map your data from the old system, whether that is a spreadsheet, Salesforce or an older CRM, and test the migration before go-live so the new system starts clean.

Can AI help our sales team without taking over?

Yes. AI is good at the admin around selling: drafting follow-ups, summarising an account, flagging a next step. The seller stays in control.

How does the CRM connect to Microsoft 365 and Power BI?

Dynamics 365 runs on the same Microsoft platform as your email, Teams, Power Platform and Power BI, so the CRM connects to the tools your team already uses. That means less swapping between apps, and reporting that draws on live CRM data.

How long does a CRM project take, and what does it cost?

A focused Dynamics 365 setup for a small or mid-sized team can be running in a few weeks, with more added over time. Most work starts with a fixed-scope first phase, so the initial step has a known price and a clear deliverable, and we extend from there.
