Advisory & Enablement

Roadmaps, governance and capability uplift so AI and automation actually land.

We help leaders decide where AI and automation will land, then put the governance and capability uplift around it that makes them stick.

What we cover

Everything Advisory and Enablement covers.

A staged digital transformation roadmap for Fiji Airports

Fiji Airports were running on manual, paper-based processes and fragmented systems, with a ten-year plan to become a regional aviation hub. We ran a staged digital transformation program, from discovery and current state through to a future state design that captures data once across finance, HR, assets and safety, with strong business-led governance throughout.

The outcome

A clear, staged plan to modernise the business

Data captured once across connected systems

Real-time visibility for leadership decisions

A scalable base for analytics and AI

Questions we hear a lot

Common questions about advisory and enablement

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A short, fixed-scope review of your workflows, data and risk. You get a ranked list of where AI and automation will help most, with effort and likely return for each.

Will you recommend tools we do not need?

No. We are technology-agnostic and paid to solve the problem, not to sell a product. If a simple automation beats an AI agent, we will say so.

Can you help our team build the skills to run this?

Yes. Enablement is part of the work. We transfer capability so your people can run, monitor and extend what we deliver.

How do you turn an assessment into a plan we can fund?

We sequence the work by effort, value and dependency, then tie it to a costed business case. You get a staged roadmap where the first move is obvious and leaders can agree on what to fund and when.

Do we need Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform in place first?

No. We start with the outcome, not the tool. If Microsoft 365, Copilot or Power Platform are already there, the plan uses them. If not, the roadmap shows when each one earns its place, so spending stays tied to value.

How do you handle governance, security and records?

We design governance that covers security, records, audit and change management, built so it protects people without slowing them down. It aligns to recognised standards and Australian privacy obligations, so your risk and compliance teams can sign off.

Who is advisory and enablement for?

It suits boards, executives, IT and digital leaders, operations leaders, and transformation and PMO leads who set strategy and decide what to invest in next. We work with small and mid-sized businesses and public sector teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

How much does it cost, and how do we start?

Most engagements start with a fixed-scope readiness assessment, so the first step has a known price and a clear deliverable. Larger roadmap and enablement work is scoped from there against the outcomes we agree. We set the price before the work starts.
