Paperwork is downtime too
We build automation and AI for Australian manufacturers. Quoting, job setup, compliance records and supplier data flow on their own, so your people keep the line moving.
Skilled hands shouldn't be stuck typing
Quotes, job cards, safety records and supplier updates all take someone off the tools or tie up the office. Every manual handoff between systems adds delay, and errors find their way into production.
Automation and AI can now move that work between your systems and draft the documents for review. Manufacturers already use it for predictive maintenance, quality checks and the office admin around every job.
- Quotes and job setup drafted by automation, checked by your people
- Safety and compliance records that fill themselves in
- Supplier, inventory and purchase data that moves without re-keying
Start with the biggest bottleneck
Most manufacturers begin with one bottleneck, like quoting or compliance records. Each service stands on its own and can grow into a bigger plan.

What good looks like
Building Services Contractor
Microsoft Fabric
The client wanted to try Microsoft Fabric before a wider rollout.
We stood up a pilot with OneLake, daily data pipelines and a curated Power BI report on their key data.
Outcomes
- Early wins on key datasets
- A reusable base to grow on
- Stronger in-house data skills
Chemical Manufacturer
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online had been enabled but the team was not using them, and there was no governance around either.
We reviewed the setup, designed a best practice approach and set a phased roadmap for adoption.
Outcomes
- 500+ orphan documents found
- Idle Teams cleaned up
- A clear path to adoption
Cement Manufacturer
SharePoint
The client needed a modern, secure place to work and share documents.
We set up a SharePoint environment with an intranet, people directory and document libraries.
Outcomes
- 8 team sites set up
- 2 TB moved across
- A modern, secure intranet
Industry Ombudsman
Records365 + SharePoint
The client had no electronic records system, and the existing document platform could not co-author, control versions or search well across 93,000 documents.
We implemented Records365 over SharePoint Online and built a modern intranet alongside it.
Outcomes
- 93,000 documents under control
- Co-authoring at last
- A modern intranet
City Council
Nintex + SharePoint
The property acquisition process was slow and complex, with delays and inaccuracies at each hand-off.
We mapped the process end to end, then automated it with Promapp, Nintex and SharePoint Online.
Outcomes
- Acquisitions move faster
- Fewer errors
- Progress visible in real time
Early Learning Peak Body
Power Pages
A new funding model required two-way data exchanges between every kindergarten, the governing body and Queensland Treasury, and there was no portal to handle it.
We built a portal in Power Pages as the one-stop shop for submissions, documents and live funding data.
Outcomes
- One portal for 38 kindergartens
- Funding visible in real time
- Secure, accurate exchanges
Ports Operator: AI Scheduling Agent
Microsoft Copilot
Staff extracted shipment scheduling data from email attachments and websites manually, so reporting ran late and sources never quite lined up.
We built an AI agent that reads the attachments and websites itself, files the data and flags changes to stakeholders.
Outcomes
- Schedules gathered automatically
- One source of truth
- Changes flagged as they happen
Outside School Hours Care Provider: Voice AI Agent
Copilot Studio
Directors spent much of each day answering policy calls from centre managers, covering everything from incident reporting to child safety rules. Answers varied between people, and many frontline staff speak English as a second language.
We built a voice-enabled AI agent, grounded only in the client’s policies, that answers first so Directors do not have to.
Outcomes
- Directors freed from routine calls
- Consistent answers every time
- Inclusive for bilingual staff
Retirement Living Operator
Microsoft Fabric
Their reporting was manual and split across separate apps, each with its own licence.
We built one Microsoft Fabric platform, modelled the data and set up Power BI, with training to extend it.
Outcomes
- One platform, many sources
- Clean, reliable data
- Team trained to build on it
Regional Council
Power Platform
Power Platform and Microsoft 365 had grown across seven environments with little governance.
We reviewed the whole setup and supported the changes to tighten security and control.
Outcomes
- Governance across 7 environments
- 1,400 monthly runs under control
- 200+ app launches a month
Safe by design
Controls we build in
- Secure handling of operational data
- Least-privilege access
- No disruption to live systems
- Full audit trail
- Human sign-off on key steps
Questions we hear most
What does digital transformation look like for a manufacturer?
It usually starts in the office, not on the floor. We connect quoting, scheduling, compliance and supplier data on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, automate the repetitive steps and give leaders live reporting in Power BI. New machines and sensors can come later, once the data foundation is in place.
Do we need new machines or sensors to use AI in manufacturing?
Not to start. Most quick wins are in the office work around production, such as quoting, scheduling and paperwork, using the systems you already have.
Can AI and automation work with our existing ERP or job management system?
Yes. We add automation and agents around your current systems rather than replacing them, so you keep what already works.
Where does AI pay back fastest in a manufacturing business?
Usually in repetitive office work, such as quoting, scheduling, compliance paperwork and supplier data entry, where small time savings add up across the team.
How do we automate quoting and scheduling without disrupting production?
We pilot on one process, run it alongside your current way of working, and only switch over once it is proven.
Is our operational and supplier data safe with AI tools?
We design for Australian data and privacy expectations, keep data in your own environment, and never use it to train public models.
How long does a first AI or automation project take to deliver?
A focused first project is usually a few weeks, scoped so you see a measurable result before going wider.
Can automation help with the skills shortage?
Yes. Skilled trades and engineers are hard to find, so their time matters. Automation takes the repetitive admin, such as quoting, job setup and compliance paperwork, off skilled people so they spend their hours on the work only they can do.
